We are proud to sponsor the National Aboriginal Hockey Championships May 5th-11th, 2024 in Grande Prairie, Alberta! This is a historic moment as it marks the first time the province of Alberta has been chosen to host this event.
The hockey talent is off the charts, and we’re honoured to support young Indigenous hockey players in preserving their cultural heritage through the game of hockey.
About The National Aboriginal Hockey Championships
The National Aboriginal Hockey Championships (NAHC) is an annual event that brings together elite Indigenous hockey players from across Canada to compete. The NAHC is established by the Aboriginal Sport Circle and attracts participants from First Nations, Inuit and Metis across thirteen provinces and territories. Each province and territory selects two teams, one male and one female, consisting of players aged 14-17 years (U15, U18) to represent them.
The NAHC plays a vital role in fostering cultural unity and pride and celebrates the incredible athletic abilities of Indigenous athletes from across the country.
