JEN COL is working with HomeEd and the City of Edmonton to bring the Ogilvie Ridge Townhomes to life. This new residential development will add 70 townhome units to this southwest community.
Built on a former school site, the project is designed to fit in with the neighbourhood and offer more quality housing options. It includes 14 townhome buildings, full site servicing, landscaping, and other infrastructure to help create a friendly and connected community for new residents.
JEN COL is working closely with HomeEd, ACI Architecture, and the consultant team to focus on quality construction, accessibility, and lasting value. Thanks to careful planning and strong teamwork, the Ogilvie Ridge Townhomes will help meet Edmonton’s housing needs and offer a vibrant place for people to live.
