The Dale Fisher Arena (now GFL Twin Arena) in Devon, Alberta underwent a significant expansion that added a full second sheet of ice, new dressing rooms and a unified energy-efficient ice plant. In addition, a second parking lot was added to the west side of the arena.
The arena twinning project not only increased the facility’s size, but also significantly contributed to the community’s growth and development, creating a wide range of exciting opportunities.
The GFL Twin Arena is home to the Devon Minor Hockey Association, Devon Skating Club, NAX Hockey Academy, Devon Xtreme AJHL team and the Barons Men’s League.
