Project Information:

The Border Paving Athletic Centre (BPAC) is a 30,000 ft2 multi-use facility that is part of the Tri Leisure Village. Upon opening to the public in 2016, it is set to be one of Spruce Grove’s leading venues. The new facility is a modern, state of the art building that provides a 15,180 ft2 new area for a local gymnastics group, Aerials Gymnastics, a large playschool area, multi-purpose rooms, office spaces for local not for profit groups and will house the City of Spruce Grove’s Recreation service staff. There is also a large shelled space on the third floor that is semi-finished for future expansion.

Jen-Col was very proud to partner with the City of Spruce Grove to deliver a facility that will enhance the overall well-being of the community at large.
